What is it?

Your solution to four person tents that are tricky to set up, not big enough and not tough enough.

Why do I need it?

The Snowgum Vigloo is a brand new tent for Snowgum. It's also your brand new, spacious, sturdy, go-to tent for standing camps. Luxuriously roomy for two adults on stretchers and big enough for four 600mm camp mats, the Vigloo is bigger than most four person dome tents available. 

But wait, it gets better: you can stand up in it (for moving around/getting changed/star jumps), it has two entrances and one spacious vestibule (for your gear/stove/dog), is extremely well ventilated (with large windows and a mesh upper interior), and is designed for easy set up. The Vigloo is symmetrical with interchangeable poles, and one pre-bent, bright orange, externally clipped pole for the vestibule. Trust us: this tent will not give you set-up anxiety.

PS. In windy conditions, using provided guy ropes and attaching the poles to the fly with the velcro tabs is an absolute MUST!

Fabric: Fly: 68D 210T Ripstop Polyester with 3 pass polyurethane waterproof coating Waterhead: 2000mm. Floor: Heavy Duty 220 gsm woven PE waterproof. Inner: 68D 190T polyester 

Poles: 9.5mm fibreglass (note the alloy connector pieces have some marks on them, we wanted to avoid a chemical spray process which used a pollutant but did not actually enhance the performance of the pole, it just cleaned the appearance. Also, the front poles are pink - this was a factory error and it was either ship 'em pink or don't ship 'em at all. So we decided to accept this. Again, it has no impact on performance of the pole)
